Past Month's Accomplishments

• Sprinkler systems reached 95% completion, ceiling grid installation reached 50% completion, and HVAC ductwork reached 45% completion.
• Electrical work reached 40% completion.
• Structural support installation for the rooftop units (RTUs) is underway.
• RTU curves were delivered onsite.
• Hot and cold water pipe installations and reciprocating pumps and fittings reached 60% completion.

July Lookahead

• RTU curves will be installed.
• All ceiling grids will be completed.
• Electrical fixtures will be installed in most classrooms.
• Door and window demolitions and installations are scheduled for July. 

Past Month's Accomplishments

• Sprinkler system installation reached 85% completion.
• Ductwork and VAV installation reached 65% completion.
• Hot and cold pipe installation reached 50% completion.
• FAC tested the pressure of hot and cold pipes in Phase 1. A TPIP inspector will test them again in the coming weeks.

May Lookahead

• Demolition of exterior doors and windows and installation of new exterior doors and windows to be scheduled in a few weeks.
• Installation of VAV in classrooms will be completed.
• Installation of ceiling grids after inspection of the mechanical ductwork will begin.
• The smoke barrier walls in the corridors at pods A, B, C, D, and E will be extended to the underside of the roof.

Past Month's Accomplishments

• Demolition of all ceilings was completed.
• Installation of electrical wiring for the mechanical equipment is underway.
• Ductwork was delivered and prepped for installation.
• Abatement of all ACM materials from the ceiling and ductwork was completed.

February Lookahead

• Installation of ductwork, sprinkler preparation, electrical wiring, and controls will continue.

Past Month's Accomplishments

• Permitting and materials were acquired.

Next Month's Lookahead

• Construction to begin in late November or early December.
