Pointer Ridge Elementary

March is Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the achievements, leadership, and contributions of women throughout history and in our communities today. At Pointer Ridge Elementary School, students will participate in classroom lessons, read-alouds, and activities that highlight inspiring women who have made a difference in fields such as science, education, government, the arts, and beyond. These learning experiences help students understand the importance of perseverance, leadership, and using their voices to create positive change. We encourage families to join us in celebrating by discussing influential women who inspire your child and recognizing the impact women continue to make every day. Together, we celebrate the past, honor the present, and inspire the future.
