Form W-2 Available

W-2 forms are available for employees through Oracle Employee Self-Service.  W-2 forms are mailed for employees that elect paper copy and also for former employees on or before January 31, 2025.  To access W-2 forms online, sign into Oracle Employee Self-Service from a PGCPS building/parking lot or with VPN access. Select "Employee W-2".  Note: you cannot retrieve W-2's using Oracle Employee Self-Service Limited.

Requests for reprint of W-2’s can be made on or after February 20, 2025, for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address in Oracle
  • Former employees
  • Employees without VPN access

To request a W-2 reprint, complete one of the following:

Tax Filing Information

  • Federal Tax Filing Deadline is April 15, 2025
  • Maryland State Filing Deadline is April 15, 2025
  • District of Columbia Filing Deadline is April 15, 2025
  • Virginia State Filing Deadline is May 1, 2025
