Elizabeth Rieg Regional School is a school that offers specialized instruction to approximately 170 special needs students. Rieg is a K-12 facility that services students whose ages range from five to 21. The students at Rieg have drastic differences in their cognitive and physical abilities and needs. There are a number of faculty, staff and support staff in place to ensure a quality learning experience for the students at Rieg. Teaching and learning is facilitated by 20+ Special Education classroom teachers, two Adaptive Physical Education teachers, one Media Specialist, one Music teacher, and one Art teacher. Two Speech and Language Pathologists, three Occupational Therapists, three Physical Therapists, two School Nurses and numerous other support staff are also on site to service the needs of Rieg’s students.
