Welcome Principal Williams

Dear Charles Carroll Middle School Students, Families, Staff, and Community,

It is with great excitement, humility, and gratitude that I introduce myself as the proud new Principal of Charles Carroll Middle School. I am truly honored to join a school community that is deeply committed to the success and well-being of every student.

As an educator with more than 30 years of experience serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and central office administrator, I believe that unconditional positive regard is the foundation of meaningful relationships and that excellence is the standard in everything we do. Every student deserves to be seen, valued, challenged, and supported to reach their fullest potential.

As a father of two children who attend Prince George's County Public Schools and the husband of a professional school counselor, I understand the trust families place in schools each day. I know the tremendous impact that dedicated educators and support staff have on the academic, social, and emotional success of every child. I look forward to partnering with you to ensure that every student thrives in a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dr. West, Acting Principal, for her outstanding leadership, unwavering commitment to the Charles Carroll community, and her thoughtful support during this leadership transition. I am grateful for her dedication and for helping ensure a smooth transition as I begin this exciting journey with you.

Over the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting our students, families, staff, and community partners. Together, we will build upon the strengths of Charles Carroll Middle School while creating new opportunities for growth, achievement, and belonging for every student.
