⌨️ Transitional Enrollment Is Required for 5th Grade Families
All 5th Grade Families - Must complete Transitional Enrollment in Synergy ParentVUE. It is a requirement for all students transitioning schools to submit an updated proof of residency.

✏️ Submit an Absence Excuse Note
Per PGCPS Administrative Procedure 5113, a written explanation of each absence is required from the parent/guardian within three (3) days of the student’s return to school. The note must indicate the dates and reason for the absence(s). For absences of 3 days or longer, please include a Doctor's Note. The easiest way to submit an absence excuse is to use the school's Absence Reason Notification Form. Click on the link below to submit an absence excuse.

Please remember per PGCPS policy, students who are considered unlawfully absent from school or a class will not have the opportunity to make up missed assignments for a grade.
