Welcome Letter

Greetings Flintstone Community,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! We hope your summer brought you rest, renewal, and moments of joy with family and friends. As we return, we step into a year full of promise, guided by the theme: “Ready to Learn. Ready to Lead.”

This theme is more than a motto—it is a mindset. It calls each of us to model readiness in all we do: to create safe and supportive environments, make intentional instructional decisions, and lead with clarity and purpose. Every day, we must be able to confidently answer:

  • Am I creating a space where students feel safe, seen, and supported?
  • Are my instructional practices closing the achievement gap and accelerating growth?
  • Are my efforts transparent, measurable, and reflective of high standards for all stakeholders?

This year, we recommit to focus, constant evaluation, and demonstrated progress. Together, we will:

  • Build and protect a positive school culture, academically, physically, and socially.
  • Rely on real-time data to inform decisions, differentiate instruction, and monitor growth.
  • Hold ourselves and each other accountable for performance that leads to results.

Our guiding belief remains firm: We are the Beacon of the South, where we make progress. Every day. Every child. As a united team, we will continue to pour our love, expertise, and care into our students and one another, ensuring that our Lion Scholars thrive.

In closing, it is my great honor to serve alongside you as part of the Flintstone community. The work you lead each day is impactful—it shapes the lives of our students and strengthens the fabric of our school. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, your compassion, and your exemplary leadership.Let’s make this year our most impactful yet.

With gratitude and purpose,
Dr. Brandi Stinson & Mr. Craig Fairclough
