LATE ARRIVAL | HORA DE ENTRADA | LLEGADA TARDY

Arrival 

Students arrive at Cool Spring at 7:30 am. All Students eat breakfast in therr classrooms. The instructional program begins at 7:45 am. Students who ride with parents or walk to school should arrive to later 7:30 am. Cars may not drive around the circle where busses drop off students between 7:30 am and 8:15 am Students line up at 7:35 and enter the building through the bus area only. During inclement weather, students will be allowed to enter the cafeteria until it is time to report to the classroom at 7:45am. Assigned staff provides early morning supervision.

Late Arrival

Students arriving after 7:45am must go to the office and obtain a tardy slip before going to class. A parent must sign the child in at the office and indicate a reason for the late arrival

Los estudiantes deben Ilegar a Cool Spring a las 7:30 a.m.Todos los estudiantes desayunan en sus salones. El programa de instrucciOn comienza a las 7:45 a.m. Los estudiantes que caminan o que los traen sus padres no deben Ilegar a la escuela antes de las 7:30 a.m. Los autos no deben circular por el area donde los autobuses dejan a los estudiantes entre las 7:30 a.m. y 8:15 a.m. Los estudiantes forman una fila a las 7:35 a.m. y solo entran al edificio por el area de autobuses. Durante malas condiciones climatologicas, los estudiantes pddran entrar a la cafeteria hasta que Ilegue el momento de presentarse a sus salones a las 7:45 a.m. El personal asignado supervisa a los estudiantes las primeras horas de la manana.

LLEGADA TARDY

Los estudiantes que Ileguen despues de las 7:45 a.m. deben de ir a la oficina y obtener un pase antes de ir a su clase. Uno de los padres debe firmar la entrada del nino en la oficina e indicar el motivo por el que Ilego tarde.

Dismissal

Students will be dismissed at 1:55 pm. If you are picking your child up, please have your child meet you at the front of the main entrance. His/Her name will be called over the PA system with other walkers.

Early Dismissal

We encourage you to try to schedule your child’s doctor and dental appointments after school hours. If this is not possible, you must come to the main office to sign your child out. For your child’s safety, the teacher will not release a child until the office calls for the child. We will ask you to fill out a form at the beginning of the year to designate 3 individuals to whom your child can be release. We will also ask for their ID. If someone else is picking up your child, please send a note or call/fax the office. Student’s for early dismissal will not be called out of classrooms after 1:30 pm.

SALIDA

Los estudiantes salen a la 1:55 p.m. Favor de recoger a su hijo en la entrada principal. El nombre de su hijo/a sera anunciado por el sistema de altavoces junto con los demas estudiantes que se van de la escuela caminando.

SALIDA TEMPRANA

Le recomendamos que programe las citas de su hijo/a con el doctor y dentista fuera del horario escolar. De no ser posible, usted deloera pasar por la oficina principal para retirar a su hijo/a. Por la seguridad de su nifio, el maestro no permitira que el estudiante se retire, hasta que lo Ilamen de la oficina. Al principio del ario escolar le pediremos que complete un formulario en el que designara a tres personas autorizadas para retirar a su hijo/a. Dichas personas deberan presentar una identificacion para recoger al nino. Si usted desea que otro individuo recoja a su hijo/a, favor de entregar una nota, Ilamar o enviar un
