In order to gain access to Optimizely to edit your school or office website, you must be in the appropriate web editor active directory group.
For schools, the official way to request permissions is for the school's principal to add the designated editors to the security form (the one with ParentVue permissions, etc.) they submit at the start of the school year.
If you are not school-based or missed putting it on the form and you should have access and do not, please have your principal or supervisor submit to request us via our ticket form to add you to the appropriate group.
