We oversee the development and monitoring of the PGCPS Strategic Plan and support stakeholders across the district in aligning goals, measuring progress, and using data to inform decision-making.
Our team provides guidance on performance monitoring and reporting, leverages Climate and Culture Survey data to support meaningful action, and manages the PGCPS Innovation Incubator to help turn ideas into impactful solutions.
