William "Billy" Shulman has dedicated over twenty years to Prince George’s County Public Schools as an educational leader. Presently, an ELD Teacher Coach supporting middle school educators, his background in administration features roles as Principal and Instructional Specialist at International High School at Langley Park. Prior to taking on administrative duties, Mr. Shulman taught Multilingual Learners at Northwestern High School and served as a founding instructional coach for both PGCPS International High Schools. His career reflects a deep background in MLL pedagogy, curriculum design, data analysis, and instructional coaching, alongside a strong dedication to building positive, high-performing school environments. While technology enhances operational efficiency in schools, it is the relationships we build with students, colleagues, and families that truly change lives.
