Teacher Appreciation Week 2026: Prizes. Gratitude. Celebration.

PGCPS is proud to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week 2026 from May 4–8!

We received nearly 400 entries for our educator appreciation contest, and the results are in. To kick off the festivities, district leaders in partnership with our generous sponsors, will conduct surprise visits to award winning educators with $500 cash prizes and premium culinary gifts.
