Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Black History Month with PGCPS by helping us tell the story of this historic milestone.

We invite students, staff, families, and community members to get involved by sharing a photo or short video reflecting on what Black History means to you — whether it’s honoring a legacy, celebrating culture, recognizing achievement, or inspiring future generations.

Selected submissions may be featured on our district platforms throughout February as we uplift the voices and perspectives that make our community strong.
