During the first week of school, your child's teacher will be sending home 3 family cards. Having this information returned properly and correctly is of utmost importance. A record of this information is kept in the school office in case you need to be contacted. Please make sure all telephone numbers and addresses are accurate and clearly written. Remember to put the name and telephone number of a person who can be contacted if you cannot be reached. Please notify the school if you change your address or telephone number during the year it is very important that you keep our records up-to-date.

Es de suma importancia proporcionar la información correcta lo mas pronto posible. Esta información se mantiene en la oficina en caso de que la escuela necesite comunicarse con usted. No olvide incluir el nombre y nonnero de telefono de la persona a quien se pueda contactar en caso de que usted no este disponible.
