Following a Virtual Education Day, teachers will provide students with opportunities to make up any missed assignments or instructional activities once they return to in-person learning. Teachers will clearly communicate expectations, deadlines, and available support for completing missed work, and will allow reasonable time for submission in alignment with district and school-based guidelines. This approach ensures that all students have equitable access to instruction and the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of content, regardless of missed virtual day(s) or challenges encountered during virtual learning days.
