In accordance with the Association of Supervisory and Administrative School Personnel (ASASP) Negotiated Agreement, the Division of Human Resources is providing eligible employees the opportunity to apply for a voluntary transfer for the 2025–2026 school year. The voluntary transfer process is administered through Oracle iRecruitment using posted announcements.
Through this process, Unit II employees may request a voluntary transfer by identifying the grade level, school, and/or work location of interest within Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS). Unit III employees may request a voluntary transfer by identifying the grade level, school, and/or work location of interest within PGCPS.
Unit II and Unit III employees may access the online application using their current login credentials from any PGCPS network computer. The voluntary transfer application is available from January 1, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Additionally, transfer requests submitted between March 1 and June 30 will remain active for both the remainder of the current fiscal year and the subsequent fiscal year, allowing for extended consideration of those applicants.
